Overview

We stand behind our work and parts. This page explains what’s covered and how to make a claim.

Repairs

  • Parts: Limited Lifetime Warranty on Parts, except:
  • Batteries: 30-day parts warranty
  • Charging ports: 30-day parts warranty
  • Labor: 90-Day Labor Warranty on workmanship.
  • Not covered: new physical/impact damage, liquid damage, abuse/misuse, software issues, loss/theft, normal wear, or damage from third-party tampering after our repair.

Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Devices

  • Coverage: 60-Day Functional Warranty from purchase date.
  • Covers: Device functionality as sold (power, buttons/ports, display/touch, audio, cameras, connectivity).
  • Not covered: cosmetic wear after purchase, liquid/impact damage after purchase, accessories; batteries treated as consumables unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.


Batteries & Charging Ports (Repairs)

  •  These parts carry a 30-day parts warranty. If failure occurs within 30 days under normal use, we’ll test and, if covered, repair/replace the part. Physical/liquid damage or third-party tampering voids coverage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Bring the device and your receipt/order number to YBuy Fixit.
  2. We’ll test the device to confirm the issue and coverage.
  3. If covered, we’ll proceed with one of the following: repair, replace with a comparable part/device, or store credit if repair/replace isn’t reasonably available.

Important Notes

  • Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original purchaser only.
  • Opening the device or repairs performed elsewhere after our service may void the warranty if they cause damage or prevent proper testing.
  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.
